My treadmill died and I can’t run outdoors with the weather being so bad. What are some cardio workouts I can do that are as effective on burning total body as running?

I am trying to lose some weight and have been working out 5 to 6 days a week…..I normally do about 40-45 minutes of cardio each time…I was just curious how many minutes you should typically do in each workout for optimal weight loss?
I have a jump rope which is good but are there any other types of cardio I can do around the house?
My aim is to workout twice a day, first workout being done in the morning around 10-11am, the second around 4pm. The first work out is cardio/bodyweight exercises in supersets and I want my second to be just cardio. Any suggestions?
I run almost everyday, so I’m worried that my body might get used to running so I won’t burn as many calories as I did when I started to run. So what other cardio excercises burn as many calories and get you in good shape that I can do. I want to get in shape for summer!
I believe that I have a stress fracture and therefore will not be able to run for a while. What other types of cardio can I do? I know swimming is good, but I don’t have regular access to a pool. Any ideas?
Thats my question right there. I dont have a lot of time to go out running and i dont have a treadmill so i was wondering if there were any cardio exercises that i could do at home without running.
I want to lose about 10 lbs. What’s the best way to go at it? For example, cardio 4 times a week, resistance training 2; cardio 3 times, resistance training 3 times, etc… Thanks!
