i interval run for 15 everyday and i work out (one day upper body, another day lower) everyday. and i drink protein shake after workout. should i be running first or lift first? and is it ok to lift weights upper one day and lower next day to lift everyday?
I’m getting ready for my first football season and I think I should start bulking the arm muscle. I was wondering how heavy should I lift. Not bench press but dumbbells (think i spelled wrong…) give me an estimate for the weight and how many times a day. I’m thinking 5-30 pound weights and about 20-80 times a day.
Any advice?
I’ve been doing cardio everyday for an hour, but not much weight lifting. What are the consequences if I don’t incorporate weight lifting too? Will I still lose fat?

I know these may be stupid questions, but Im looking for the best results. Any other tips would be great. It’s about time I got in shape.
