Do You Have To Lift Weights To Take Creatine And Whey Protein?

can you just take it like before or after basketball practice. basketball practice is mostly just running and doing drills. can you take creatine and whey protein before and after a basketball game? or do you HAVE to lift weights to take these stuff? i need to get bigger because i have high metabolism and weigh 120 pounds and 5′7 tall

    Yes you can consume protein powder and creatine if you don’t lift weights.
    It will help you recover, give you more strength and energy as well as helping you hold your current muscle mass.

    protein – yes. creatine – no. its just going to put on water weight and it WILL slow you down
