I heard this awhile ago,and they said that it strains your testicles whenever you lift weights when you’re younger than 16.
I did kind of notice it a little, cuz I lifted some weights (a good amount of them) when I was 14. I’m 16 now, so it doesn’t matter, and it’s gonna really suck for my friend who’s been lifting them since he was 13. He’s well-built now, but he probably has peas for testicles now.
Anyway, I was wondering if this holds any truth to it.

If you are doping on anabolic ‘roids.
Otherwise…pure BS.
Only if you take anabolic steroids.
They’ll make your muscles big, and your nads shrink.
