		<description>no it doesnt matter ...... all that matters is that u have 20+ grams of protein after a workout so that ur body can covert fat to muscle or add to muscle

		<description>Id find a better protein shake mine has 43 g&#039;s per 2 scoops and protein shakes deffinately have a lot less fat in them, I buy mine at GNC. 
Its best to get the vast majority of your protein from food protein rather than totally reyling on supplements but its ok to have just to add to your total protein consumption</description>

		<description>Yes, it makes a difference.  You want the fastest protein available, and that means whey isolate (with NO milk).  If you have to digest a bar, it just takes longer to get into your system, so you stay catabolic for longer, which is never good.</description>
