		<description>Here&#039;s the one my dad taught me..  we call it Tigers Milk.
1 banana (fresh or frozen and thawed..  doesnt matter)
1 egg (theres your protein)
a spoonful of honey for naural sweetening without extra sugar
about a cup of milk so its not too thick
sprinkle of cinnamon
You can add other fruits if you like to change the flavour. Otherwise just stick it all in the blender and blend until smooth.  Excellent flavour and chock full of energy</description>

		<description>Instead of protein powder use powdered dry milk or add a raw egg (pasturized if you are concerned about salmonella) to your smoothie.  Much healthier, more vitamins and no corn syrup.</description>

		<description>you can use protien such as white beans(from can rinse first) also you can use tofu chunks I would start with a little maybe 1 oz then your 8 oz shake can taste like the fruits/veges you put in it. you can also use some peanut/nut butter  but because of the oil content you may want to mix that in a milk base rather than juice.  check highproteinfoods.net for more ideas</description>
