		<description>your metabolism and hormones are what decides. don&#039;t worry because you can get your tone back right when that 6 weeks is over. two months may cause you to lose some but not all of it. i haven&#039;t played soccer in a year and i still have my legs defined but my arms and abs have gotten a little less defined. I don&#039;t work out very much at all(except if you count fighting with my lil bro)</description>

As with a newbie, start out with about 2 pounds and work back up to 5.  Don&#039;t start out where you left off..
&amp; you do know you should rest one day between weight-lifting ?  Otherwise, you could &quot;rip&quot; a muscle (&amp; I&#039;m not talking about the good kind of rip either!)  Just lift your weights every-other day and you&#039;ll be fine.</description>
