How Long Post Weight Lifting Do U Feel The Full Soarness? I Feel It After 24hrs. How Can I Decrease This Time?

How long post weight lifting do u feel the full soarness?
My problem is that I don’t really feel the full soarness that tells me my body is recovering until 24hrs after the workout and then this soarness lasts just over one full day, which usually makes working out every other day an impossibility, not to mention the fact that I would like my body to not take soo damn long to recover from one workout. Any ideas for how to improve on this? (and note that I do take protien supplements the day before my workouts and before and after each workout, and generally eat high protien the rest of the time also – along with large quantities of complex carbohydates after workouts)

I guess everyone is different, but stretching after your workout will help.

If you slowly increase the frequency of your workout over time the recovery time will reduce and you won’t feel the pain. Just make sure that you weight lift one set of body parts within a session. eg. chest, arms, etc. Then switch to other parts eg. abs, back and arms etc. in the next session. This will give your body time to recover and your body will develop faster.

Try using a different workout split instead of working the same muscles every workout. Checkout bodybuilding.com for more info and some split workout routines that you can use. Soreness can come 24-48 hours after your workout. Taking L-Glutimine can help your muscles recover faster.
