You get slower? I’m a pretty fast guy and usually run the 1 mile-5K. But I was lifting pretty heavy weights(for me) yesterday and today and I wanna know if it makes you slower if you start lifting weights often.

No it conditions your muscles to prepare for running actually. but wokrout every other day and not everyday. unless you want to do split workout then you can work you lower body one day then your upper body the other day. but practice your running and remember to strecth before and after running but especially if you are going to lift weights.
don’t lift light weights, lift heavy.. it will make you slower… but for a long time it will only make you faster.. once you start getting as big as arnold then you may start slowing down as your upper body is so big its like a sail catching wind and pushing you back… that being said it will make you faster going the other way.
haha
not at all……..
You do not get slower if you lift weights. Instead of building muscle, I suggest to strengthen your core.http://www.menshealth.com/cda/article.do…
It is better than getting buff.
no that defiantly not true i work at a gym as a personal trainer and if anything it makes you faster since you can propel yourself faster and produce more thrust
If you maintain a stretching routine, it can actually help you get faster.
it makes you heavier since you are gaining muscle
its ok to be a pretty fat guy you wont get slower from weights though only faster
i lift my penis everynight
work out with light weight you be pretty fast
no lifting weights wont make you slower
it makes u stronger i dont think itl make u slower at all
