		<description>don&#039;t lift light weights, lift heavy.. it will make you slower... but for a long time it will only make you faster.. once you start getting as big as arnold then you may start slowing down as your upper body is so big its like a sail catching wind and pushing you back... that being said it will make you faster going the other way.
