I Lift Weights For 30 Minutes, Three Days A Week And Do Cardio 40 Minutes 6 Days A Week Should I Consume?

I know you should consume 1gram of protein per pound of bodyweight when you lift weights. SHould I eat this much protein on the days i don’t lift weights too. I weight 200lbs so get at least 200gramsprotein/day should I eat this much protein all week? Or is this too much
