If You Break A Time-release Vitamin In Half Before Swallowing, Does It Dissolve Faster?

I bought some time-release vitamins, but the tablets are huge and hard to swallow, especially in the morning. I’ve been breaking them in half, but wonder if this reduces the time-release schedule because the inside of the tablet is now exposed. That is, instead of dissolving from the outside shell inwards, I’ve exposed the inside of the vitamin which could dissolve faster. Anyone know?

With some they can. It varies depending on how they’re made, but a lot of time release tablets have a coating that makes them time release.
Another good way that I’ve found works with most time release vitamins is to either just chew them, or use a spoon or something to break them up small and mix them in with a food like applesauce or peanut butter.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.slim-get.info , they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

DUH…sorry, ya it will pretty much disolve faster cause it was the coating deigned to disolve at a certain rate

It would dissolve faster because you have parts that do not have the time-release covering any longer.
