It’s probably not the best thing to do that. I would suggest healthier stuff like Dark leafy green vegetables. They are safe and natural, which won’t stress your body or potenially harm anything.
Suggestions:
Spinage Leaves
Broccoli
Dark Lettuce (like butterleaf lettuce)
Other dark green veggies.
>>You can even make a natural protien shake out of these veggies.
Sorry if this wasn’t the type of answer you were looking for.

I don’t know it but I think you can give yourself ”extra” protein in easier ways: have egg whites omlette (no saturated fat as you’re not eatting the yolks) and for lunch have tinned fish with salad and perhaps skinless chicken stiryfry with vegs? or maybe a nice lean cut steak?
Eatting beans and pulses and drinking soya milk is very good for you.
i’m only worried about the protein shake because some of them are not regulated closely and may have added hormones, which you don’t need now as you’re already growing.
As long as you are following the directions and no overdoing it, it shouldn’t hurt you. Just remember that anything in excess can be bad for you or kill you, even water. As long as you’re only doing a moderate work out a couple of times a week and drinking one after as the directions on the container recommend, you should be fine.
