Is It Better To Lift Weights Every Other Day Instead Of Every Day?

I’m currently on a workout plan where I lift weights every other day. I wanna know if it’s a good one

Yes. It’s important to give your muscles time to rest and develop. If you work them constantly, they’ll eventually turn into fat as you get older. If you let them rest every other day, they’ll stay as muscle longer.
Also, right after lifting, take a cold shower (as cold as you can permit) to relax the muscles so you wont get cold. The first few times will be uncomfortable, but as you go on, it will become easier).

i do it like this. one day ill do my upper body, second day will be lower body.. so when my legs n chest n biceps r all sore..i work on smaller muscles..like my neck muscles and grip.
    example
monday- bench press tricep dip preacher curl
tuesday- squats leg press calf rises
wed’s- neck(not traps) Gripper obliques abs
    thrus – repeat mon

It depends. The only reason that you should work out every other day is because of muscle fatigue. If you are still new to weightlifting, then you can probably do it every day without problems, but if you are pushing yourself, then it’s better to go every other day.

    yeah, ur doing it right.
the days that u arent working out are the days that ur body is recovering and getting rid of the lactic acid build up.
