Should I Take My Protein Shake On Off Days?

I was just wondering should I should still take my protein shake on days that I do not workout.

    You can if you want. The best time to drink a protein shake mixed with water is after exercising. During an off day, it’s up to you, you can just eat regular protein food in exchange. Some people do this when they want to save as much protein as possible and only drinking it when it’s mostly needed.
