    Sit ups, crunches. Or exercises that work your abdominal muscles. I don’t like lifting weights, so i prefer exercises without their use.

    Biking….Spinning….stop drinking carbinated drinks too..it just bloats your stomach and pushes your stomach outwards

    I dunno i like laugh and for some reason i have a flat stomach… but i don’t know if they’re connected.. oh yeah and situps help too. Most hate them but i likt them. keep working until you can’t every other day.
