What Are Some Good Cardio Exercises To Do When You Recently Pulled A Hamstring?

I want to get some good cardio workouts and I don’t want to much time to elapse.

    Well, like it or not, you need to rest for a while bec a pulled hamstring, if not treated and healed properly, would recur and the rehabilitation gets longer and longer since you’re piling on new wounds to the old ones that have yet to heal completely.

    You can swim or do water aerobic exercise; these 2 are gentle on all your muscles bec the bouyant property of water make your body weightless, hence no great exertion of pressure on all your joints, muscles or tendons.
    They are the best exercise to do for your hamstrings when you’re recovering from injuries.

    That happened to me and when I walked on the treadmill it bothered me, but riding the bike was ok.
