I am 19 and have asthma. I want to lose weight for a trip that I am taking in about 2 months. I have been doing a lot of toning but I know that I need to start doing cardio. I have a treadmill but I have to be careful on it because of my asthma. What kind of cardio can I do that is low impact but will still burn fat?


I would stick to cardio machines where you can stay sitting down. Maybe recumbant eliptical, or recumbant bike. Swimming is also a good exercise that may be ok for you.
