hai u should have cardio excercise as its only the way you can increase stamina as well as burn the excess calorie and fat.Weight lifting just rely on muscle but cardio works inner body stamina everything.Excercise without cardio is just like cheese without in cheese burger.

its fine.. but, if you want to be toned vs. big and bulky you need cardio.. you can build muscle, but to see them you must burn the layer of fat hiding it with cardio.. if not, you could just look husky.. but if you are thin already you should be okay.
