		<description>it is completly fine.  when you  lift weights your body can actually keep on burning calories up to 4 hrs after you work out.  cardio tends to burn calories only when your heartrate is up.</description>

		<description>its fine.. but, if you want to be toned vs. big and bulky you need cardio.. you can build muscle, but to see them you must burn the layer of fat hiding it with cardio.. if not, you could just look husky.. but if you are thin already you should be okay.</description>

		<description>You can but your heart will thank you if you could squeeze in a cardio workout a couple times a week. Fast walking is one of the best you can do it will build up your stamina and endurance, give it a try. Good Luck!</description>
