What Is A Good Protein Shake With Little Carbs And Sugars?

I’m a big guy, working hard at traditional exercises and eating right, I need more protein in my diet, and I’ve checked out some of these protein shakes they sell like at GNC, but they’re overloaded with sugars and carbs which I’m really trying to avoid.

GNC will have a lot of products that you can use…look for a Whey Protein Isolate these types of whey proteins contain less fat and carbs
i use Iso-Whey Vanilla (i bought it at GNC)
its all natural and 1 scoop of it has 0g of fat, 1g of carbs, and 31 grams of protein
make sure the whey is a Whey Isolate because they process it to take the fat and carbs out…the only downfall to it is it doesn’t taste good at all
you can mix the protein with a glass of skim milk which is very healthy..or you can make bars
when i make a bar i put almonds, oats, and iso-whey in the blender and it all grinds into like a crunchy powder…than i heat some peanut butter and mix it all together and shape it into bars….its very nutricious and tastes great…also its very good for after a workout
do not buy all ready made shakes or bars from stores they are just garbage refined crap
    best of luck!
