What Is A Good Vitamin Pill That Will Help Your Hair Grow And Is For All Ages?

I want to take a vitamin pill, that’s for all ages and will help my hair grow faster. Please do not criticize, just answer. ;] Thanks.

    just go to a store that sells vitamins and look at the label. if you want to take biotin and msm you should take those separately because you need to experiment with those dosages to find out what works for you. the multivitamin i have has vit a,c, d,e, b-complex, biotin, folic acid, choline, inositol, paba, calcium, magnesium, potassium, boron, iron, manganese, zinc, iodine, selenium, silica, gla, coenzyme q10, germanium, octacosanol, royal jelly, garlic, a whole bunch of amino acids, and a few herbs. i take it every other day or every 2 days and see a difference. i think it’s only sold locally. the guy at the health food store i go to explained what the different things in it do. i think choline, zinc, inositol, silica, and the amino acids are good for hair/nail growth.
    and fish oils or flaxseed oil is also good.

    There is no miracle pill to make your hair grow faster.
    Nothing in the world can make your hair grow faster,
    but… what can help hair growth is eating lots of walnuts and veggies and fruit and water. I read it in a beauty book once.
    Also get hair trims every 12 weeks NOT HAIRCUTS.

    Hey i am 14 and i take flaxseed oil vitamins. It prevents cancer and helps your hair grow and nails stronger. hope this helps…

    prenatal vitamins..you may use it whether or not you are pregnant.

    Multi-Vitamins, but to be more specific I’ve read a lot of recent post about biotin.
