What Should You Do 1st Run Or Lift Weights?

Is it better to run 1st and loosen all your muscles then lift weights, or lift (after stretching) 1st and then run, to loosen the muscles

    Run first. This will get you loose and start to get your heart rate up.

    it depends what you are trying to do. lose weight or build muscle
