What Types Of Cardio Can Be Done Indoors?

I have a jump rope which is good but are there any other types of cardio I can do around the house?
My aim is to workout twice a day, first workout being done in the morning around 10-11am, the second around 4pm. The first work out is cardio/bodyweight exercises in supersets and I want my second to be just cardio. Any suggestions?

Well, you can try out these indoor cardio exercises:
    1. Dancing
    2. Stair climbing
    3. Treadmill running/jogging/walking(if you’ve a treadmill)
    4. Jumping on a mini trampoline
    5. Cardio kickboxing
    6. Stationary biking (if you’ve the bike, that is)

Aerobics from dvds, jumping jacks, jogging in place, stair stepping (get a platform and go up and down),
routines where there is a lot of quick transition fand exercises are timed for example do 15 sit-ups then jump up and do 20 jumping jacks, drop down and do 15 push-ups, jump up and jog in place, drop down and do sit-ups again, jump up and do quick sprints from one side of the room to the other, etc.

Theres this really fun type of cardio called “Sex” it burns lotsa calories and you can do it all over the house. But if your not up for that i sometimes just do some cleaning and that seems to be a good workout. Or u can always go outside for a run.

You can do aerobic dance indoors. There are many videos out there and they are normally inexpensive, so you could get several different ones so you didn’t get bored with the same routine all the time.
