What Vitamin Can I Take To Make My Hair Healthier/stronger?

I am currently taking a multi vitamin.
I aldo do not eat meats except for fish. I get my protein from beans and nuts.
My hair is thin and weak.
Also can someone take too many vitamins?

    Its good that you are taking a multivitamin. Take a vitamin specifically for hair, skin, and nails or a pre-natal vitamin(these make your hair grow long and healthy). Look for something with biotin and vitamin e.

    a hair,nail,skin vitamin is good it has biotin which is need for hair growth also prenatal vitamins you can really take too much because whatever your body doesn’t use is remove in waste
