I’ve been working out for a while now and if protein shakes really do help muscle growth, just enough for me to notice a difference, what’s the best brand or recipe?

“I’m 27 years old and still have the stamina I had in high school. I’ve used whey protein isolate as part of a high protein muscle-building diet for years!
Today I can haul 40 lbs of decoys and a heavy gun case, plus control my 80 lb hunting dog across several miles of knee-deep marsh and still have energy to burn while everyone else is bent over sucking wind.”
You can actually get a lot of information from this free ebook i found, its written by a guy called Vince Delmonte. It pretty much tells you everything you need to know. Interesting read, i recommend it. You can download it from my source.
it’s about protein my friend. For bodybuilding you need additional protein to repair muscle wear. Creatine is also a helpful supplement to use for body building. as for the best – that’s kinda subjective – just find one that’s not too expensive.
just get whatever you can afford… and try to get 1g/lb of body weight of protein a day.
duh Creatine!
creatine is bad for you
