Both are super low in carbs and calories aren’t bad. Plus they taste good mixed with water which cuts down the fat/calories as well.
I like Beachbody’s Protein formula. it is low carb, lower on the calorie scale and mixes with Water very well. (No chalky taste or powder build up).
