Would working out at the gym be more general?
I’m trying to choose one of those options closest to what I do, which is lifting weights using various muscles. I also rode a bike (electric at the gym).

working out in the gym is more general, you can either be doing cardio, weight lifting or any number of things. weight lifting is more specific.
I would say go buy a gym pass because it’s more motivational I think.
Because it’s being paid for, you’ll want to go out and use it as often as you can. Plus gyms have the best equipment.
The major difference really is do you want people around you or not.
Well, in the gym, you can do lots of different things. You can lift weights, run on a treadmill, stretch…and those would all be considered “working out”…..So, yeah….I don’t get your question. It seems pretty easy.
working out is working out…. it does not change what is regardless of where u do it
i saw workout at the gym….
that is better…. more variety.. more motivation
working out in gym is more general and best way to develop good muscles.
