		<description>Closer together focuses more on the triceps, furthre apart more on the anterior deltoid, both are still working the chest, wider than shoulder width is going to work the chest better, not too wide though.</description>

		<description>As the movement done is a pushing one, it&#039;s ur pushing muscles that come into action.they r chest , shoulders and triceps. the wieght being over the chest it&#039;s more upon chest. Now, holding the bar wide works more of the outer pecs and the closer the grip , the inner pecs are worked.</description>
