i barely weight life but when i do start i sometimes get this funny feeling when i move my shoulder and it prevents me to continue weight lifting. the bone in my shoulder is like the middle of the shoulder join which attached the upper body and shoulder together. it feels as if two bones are rubbing on each other causing uncomfortable feeling. any thoughts or suggestions?

OMG! I have the same problem!! Even when I go running it starts to hurt really bad! Actually it’s hurting right now from being at work all day. I was trying to ask one of my buddies that works out at the gym why it happens and he told me he doesn’t know. But if I lift weights or try to do pushups it really starts hurting! That’s so crazy. I’m going to keep tabs on this question to see if someone actually knows the answer! So then I can find out too. =]
You should perform some shoulder articulation exercises to keep your shoulder healthy.
Google “poor mans shoulder horn” and “cuban rotation”.

i don’t know but it’s possible you’re not focusing on the muscle that you are working out and resting the weight on your shoulder, i’ve done that before and it hurts the shoulder.
There are actually three joints in your shoulder. However I would take a guess at it being you glenohumeral joint. This is the ball socket that you would most commonly attribute with your shoulder. The cances are your shoulder is not actually strong, searching for exercises to strngthen your rotator cuffs will help with this. I’ve had problems with dislocating my shoulder during lifting, however strengthening my rotator cuffs has helped alot.
